DeleteIt depends upon what the meaning of ‘Is’ is.
ReplyDeleteThere are rules but I knew this caption would be selected for the run off-I just didn’t know someone else would get it as I didn’t see it in pre-voting. If you try the pre-voting before the real voting, there can be similarities with so many people participating.I was rooting for Docnad because of this website but I wish the other person well. From what I see, Docnad will accept this as graciously as anyone can and is already back in the saddle again. (Thanks for this website and all that you do, Docnad)
