Ben Katchor's illustrated history The Dairy Restaurant explores the meatless aspect of the Jewish dining experience. A number of copies were signed by the author at Strand in New York City just two days after the 2020 publication. These books each have a small drawing of a blintz, a dairy staple. Four copies remain in stock—and they're selling at half price.
