A License Plate for Mister Rogers?

This license plate was spotted not too far from my suburban home:

"NEGHBR"
Ohio license plate

Note:  You know what I saw on the drive home today? A New York license plate "U2CLOSE." Great, right. Unfortunately I was alone in the car and had no one to snap  a picture of it for the blog. But now I'm thinking what if my readers—that includes you—were to help out and send me photos of clever license plates spotted on parked cars in their own communities. Why, that would be mighty neighborly, wouldn't it?

As it is, the blog archives are overflowing with pictures of license plates taken here and there and posted by me somewhat indiscriminately, as you who know me might well expect.

Quick links to this blog:

This blog covers a number of New Yorker cartoonists regularly, and with the death of Robert Weber last week nine masters of the art form have passed away since the time I began this blog. While my posts don't do any of the artists justice, they do contain material on each that is not available anywhere else online.

Robert Weber (1924-2016)

Michael Crawford (1941-2016)

Anatol Kovarsky (1919-2016)

Frank Modell (1917-2016)

William Hamilton (1939-2016)

Joseph Farris (1924-2015)

Charles Barsotti (1933-2014)

Ed Fisher (1926-2013)

Ronald Searle (1920-2011)
