A woman visits her stockbroker and asks a disarmingly simple question. The cartoon art by Mischa Richter was published in the National Enquirer in the April 15 issue, it seems, in an unknown year during the latter part of the twentieth century. But it was definitely on page 50. The artwork was sold this past November on eBay.
