My Entry in the New Yorker Cartoon Caption Contest #521

Here is my entry in the New Yorker Cartoon Caption Contest #521 for May 9, 2016. The drawing is by Robert Leighton.

"It worked better for Dale Carnegie."

Well it didn't work for me. Neither did this potential caption:
"This isn't what I meant by showering together."

May 30, 2016 Update:  Winning Caption

Note:  Last week, Corey Pandolph psychoanalyzed a banana peel. My caption was a Freudian slip not suitable for the New Yorker. How would Sigmund have approached Contest #520?

There's one previous post here about Robert Leighton.
