James Thurber's Poor Fellow

Here is a piece of original New Yorker cartoon artwork with three of James Thurber's classic dogs, except that one of them may be just a little different.

April 6, 2023 Update:  The present work is currently offered by Peter L. Stern & Co., Inc., of Newton for $27,500, 91% more than the 2007 price at Sotheby's including the buyer's premium.
