Cartoonist
Roy Doty's copy of
Lee Lorenz's The Art of The New Yorker 1925-1995 is personalized by Mr. Lorenz and by
New Yorker cartoonists
Robert Weber and
Ed Fisher. They did not leave any original drawings in the book for their fellow cartoonist, but author
George Plimpton left one of his odd propellar-shaped doodles. The book was sold for $45 plus shipping last year on eBay.
