Lisa, a former employee of Knopf's publicity department, had her copy of Lee Lorenz's The Art of The New Yorker 1925-1995 signed by at least nine cartoonists. Frank Modell and Edward Koren each took a full page, leaving seven cartoonists to make do on another.
Note: Thanks to Lisa for sharing her superb copy of this book with us. This is the sixth copy of The Art of The New Yorker 1925-1995 to appear on this blog. All books containing original drawings by New Yorker cartoonists are welcome here at Attempted Bloggery. As Jennifer Garner might ask, what's on your bookshelf?
