Four more original cartoons by Richard Oldden were sold as a group on eBay late last month. Two have address stamps from the artist's New York City studio and the other two have the Laguna Beach stamps. As in yesterday's post, Oldden gives us a desert island cartoon and a Little Dutch Boy cartoon. He also visits the themes of storming the medieval castle and trading trinkets with the natives.
"My God, get a load of these sea shells." "Sir . . . they're just begging for trouble." |
"I have to hand it to you, Mr. Takano . . . it sure beats glass beads." Little Dutch Boy |
