Liza Donnelly and Michael Maslin's Cartoon Marriage (2009) remains the only book collaboration by a New Yorker cartoonist couple. Doubly-signed copies turn up from time to time. One was sold on eBay just this week. It is inscribed to a couple named Gayle and Joe on the occasion of their anniversary, with paired celebratory drawings.
