The 1927 edition of The Line Book was published by the Chicago Tribune with a wraparound cover by cartoonist Peter Arno. The 64 page book collected columns from "A Line o' Type or Two" by Richard Henry Little, or RHL. Of note, the young Arno demonstrates his gifts for humor (RHL is shown typing his popular column with one finger), caricature, art nouveau botany, fanciful dress, and fanciful undress.
