Rome 2019: The Theatre of Marcellus and the Pantheon

With Italy on lockdown to combat the spread of COVID-19, my thoughts return wistfully to our visit last summer. These photographs date from July 9, 2019 when Rome was teeming with tourists, although you don't see all that many here. The morning was overcast and wet but the day eventually became sunny.
