Betty Waldo Parish (1910-1986) was a New York-based artist of the Ashcan School and the WPA. She worked at the Art Student's League. In the 1930's, she was married to cartoonist
Whitney Darrow, Jr. These two original Darrow cartoons published in the
New Yorker in 1937 belonged to her.
