John Held, Jr. illustrated a swinging college graduation celebration for
Cosmopolitan in the mid-1920's. Diplomas are tossed aside by a stunned college president and parents look on in quiet befuddlement as the graduating class succumbs en masse to the unrestrained rhythms of the Jazz Age. What on earth is the world coming to?
