Most novelists don't make drawings at book signings, but when the writer is Gahan Wilson, illuminator of all that is mordant, there are a fair number of examples of books containing his original drawings. In the case of Eddy Deco's Last Caper, Wilson's 1987 novel, the drawing usually features a writing hand. The sales prices are on eBay remain extremely reasonable.
