Ronald Searle, March 3, 1920 to December 30, 2011

Ronald Searle passed away on Friday. He showed so many of us what great illustration art could be. It's sad for me that he won't be creating any more art, but he did so much in his lifetime that there will always be new discoveries for all of us.

    "(He) passed away peacefully in his sleep, with his children and grandson by his side," Kate Searle. It's always good to hear when someone passes peacefully. Such an amazing life he had and such a legacy he left the world.
