On March 23, the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance wrote on its Facebook page:
#tbt 1966: Eldon Dedini creates not one but two posters for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance; the original art is offered as a gate prize and unused posters are sold to the public for charity. Dedini, who is perhaps best known for his cartoons for Esquire, The New Yorker and Playboy, goes on to create 11 posters for 9 of our Concours.
Eldon Dedini's obituary in the Times cites thirteen such posters, but the Concours count should be more reliable. The original posters have become nearly impossible to find. Recently, a set of two smaller poster handbills in limited colors sold for $1,100 on eBay. They are included below.

Note: I seem to be missing one Eldon Dedini Concours d'Elegance poster, if not three. A few could use a larger image. As always, I'd love to see the original art. The 1969 poster art is in the Billy Ireland Cartoon Library & Museum, but there isn't an online image yet. What about the rest?
